This is the Ecuadorian flag as it is actually flown on cars — yellow band across the top half, blue and red below, and the full coat of arms in the centre. 

The flag measures 30x45 cm and comes on a white plastic pole with a hook at the base that slips over the top edge of a car window. 

The glass holds it in place, so there is nothing to drill or glue.
